School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time San Jose, California | 20262027 School Year Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity supporting elementary students in the San Jose, CA area. August 12, 2026 June 9, 2027 Elementary school setting Assignment may include supporting students across two nearby campuses or serving full-time at a single campus Collaborative team environment with strong administrative and educational support Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's educational goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and small-group settings. Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation, complete progress reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings. Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, social communication, and overall functional communication skills. Student Population Elementary-aged students Students with a variety of speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication needs Opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while helping students develop the communication skills needed for success both inside and outside the classroom Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California Speech-Language Pathology License or California Teaching Credential/Certification School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates from other pediatric settings are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Why Apply?
