Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active CA SLP license or eligible for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy Ability to manage a diverse student caseload Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide screening, evaluation, and therapy services to students with speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with school and state guidelines Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support teams Offer consultation and resources to teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Stay current with best practices and continue professional growth
