Job Description

Empower students to reach their full potential while advancing your career as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time onsite contract role involves supporting a diverse caseload of students, primarily with mild to moderate speech and language needs and some students requiring AAC devices. Your expertise will make a lasting impact in an educational environment near Thermal, CA. What we're looking for: Valid IL SLP License (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience working in school settings, especially with both mild-moderate and some severe needs students Proficiency with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Knowledge of IEP processes and educational documentation standards Key responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across a varied caseload Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Consult with teachers, families, and support teams regarding student progress and strategies Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with state and district policies Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed Perks and benefits for your dedication: Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan eligibility If you're passionate about making a positive difference while working with a collaborative team, this is your opportunity.
