Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (CA SLP Licensure) Active California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CA CTC) authorization Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued Open to candidates with SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering inclusive and growth-focused learning spaces
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Provide direct and consultative services for students with diverse needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards Support students' social and academic development through evidence-based interventions Onsite professionals in this role enjoy weekly pay, participation in a 401K retirement plan, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
