Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent field required Valid licensure and certification to practice as an SLP in California Previous experience in school-based settings, especially at the elementary level, preferred Ability to obtain and maintain COC clearance Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Passion for fostering student growth and advocating for language and communication needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse elementary caseload at a single site Conduct and interpret comprehensive speech and language assessments Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor IEP goals Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in accordance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs Support a positive and inclusive learning environment Position At a
