Key Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California Experience supporting elementary-aged students in school settings Comfortable working with elementary caseload at a single site COC (Certificate of Clearance) required (can be processed after offer) Strong collaboration and communication skills Adaptability and initiative in dynamic educational environments

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments and provide recommendations Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists Maintain records and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
