Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students for the full 2026-2027 school year as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This is a full-time opportunity, based in a vibrant educational environment near Tracy, California, where your expertise will help students achieve meaningful developmental milestones and communication goals. Candidates with a range of backgrounds are encouraged to apply, whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) SLP eager to launch your school-based career. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, engage with families, and make a lasting impact in a district-wide caseload servicing a diverse student population.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure Experience with school-aged populations (K-12) preferred—open to strong new graduates/CFY candidates Knowledge of IEP process, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy services for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student achievement Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings as needed Address a range of communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
