Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Twain Harte, CA, offering a contract position within a school setting. This role focuses on providing specialized speech and language therapy services to pediatric and school-aged populations, contributing to their communication development and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Provide targeted therapy sessions aimed at improving speech and language skills. Monitor progress diligently and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to promote holistic care. Engage with families to support and educate them throughout the therapy process.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology is required. This contract position offers access to ongoing professional support, including guidance from an experienced advisory team comprising SLPs licensed in the state.
