RCM Healthcare Services seeks a skilled Speech & Language Pathologist to provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services across partner hospitals, clinics, and schools nationwide. In this role, you will evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and adapt to diverse care settings. Responsibilities Evaluate patients for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments and clinical observation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient goals. Provide direct therapeutic interventions in hospital, clinic, and school-based settings as assigned. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately within required timeframes and EHR systems. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, educators, and families to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs, strategies, and expectations for ongoing progress. Adapt assessment and treatment approaches to diverse age groups, diagnoses, and cultural backgrounds. Maintain compliance with state licensure, ASHA standards, and facility policies and procedures. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives. Support RCM Healthcare Services' mission by representing the organization professionally at client sites and contributing feedback on clinical needs.
