Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply Experience supporting school-aged children, including IEP participation and documentation Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities Adaptability and compassion for diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and caregivers Contribute to Multi-Disciplinary Teams and IEP meetings, providing tailored recommendations Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and state requirements Facilitate group and individual therapy, fostering student progress toward measurable goals Provide consultation and training to teachers and support staff to enhance student success
