Desired Qualifications:

Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license Certified Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates highly encouraged Previous school-based experience preferred, though recent graduates are welcome Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative approach with educators, families, and support staff Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services within both elementary and high school environments Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure consistent support for students Provide guidance and support for classroom modifications and communication strategies This is a full-time position (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday), offering you the satisfaction of working closely with a diverse group of students and educators in a supportive and dynamic school community.
