School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Woodland, California ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Woodland, CA Job Details Contract $45.53 - $72.53 an hour Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Step into a rewarding contract-based opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving K-12 students in a vibrant educational environment near Woodland, CA. This position runs from mid-August 2026 to early June 2027, offering a chance to make a direct impact on students' communication and learning success. Work is fully onsite with varied caseloads tailored to your background and preference, and robust support is provided for those with more complex assignments. Ideal candidates are driven to help students thrive and possess strong clinical and collaborative skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, including Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) supporting heavy caseloads, ensuring quality service and manageable workloads.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) NPI and CTC credential (required before start date) School-based experience highly preferred, particularly in K-12 settings Comfortable and effective in onsite, in-person only service delivery Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Adaptability in working with various age groups and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in student evaluations Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes Assign and oversee tasks for SLPAs integrated into heavier caseloads Maintain accurate records and contribute to special education meetings
