Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students' communication needs as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based contract position located near Arvada, CO. Ideal for those passionate about helping children thrive, this opportunity is perfect for both experienced SLPs and motivated Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates. Travel professionals are welcome—if eligible, you may receive tax-free stipends in addition to your pay. Hourly pay is competitive and takes into account your education and years of experience, ranging from $50 to $55 per hour.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current, active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license required Prior experience as an SLP, ideally within school or pediatric settings CCC or CFY status welcomed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate progress records Support students in achieving their communication, academic, and social goals Engage in professional development to continually expand knowledge and skills
