This position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, with schedules available between 7:15 am-3:15 pm or 7:45 am-3:45 pm, giving you a workday that suits your lifestyle while making a real impact. As part of a supportive team, you'll work alongside another SLP in the same building, sharing ideas and expertise to provide the highest quality speech-language services to preschool-aged learners. Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, particularly with preschool-aged children Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with fellow SLPs, teachers, and support staff Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and implement IEPs in compliance with school standards

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, and therapy for preschool students Develop and document IEPs and progress notes Collaborate with teachers, families, and team members to maximize student success Participate in school meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Maintain compliance with all school and district policies This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $45 to $65, based on experience and qualifications.
