$50-65/hour Up to $65+/hour | Colorado Springs, CO | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year | K-8 Caseload | CFs Welcome!

Position Details:

Starting ASAP for the 2026-2027 School Year K-8 Caseload School Based Setting Full-Time, 1.0 FTE About the Role Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) position in Colorado Springs, CO. You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-8 school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We're Looking For Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain) Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain) Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
