What You'll Need:

Current Colorado Department of Education licensure for SLPs Valid Colorado SLP license ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly desired Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for fostering student growth and development

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with various speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement interventions Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Provide consultative support and professional guidance to staff regarding speech and language issues in the classroom
