Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract An exciting contract opportunity awaits for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in making a difference in a dynamic school-based setting near Englewood and Denver, CO. With a schedule of 30 hours per week, this position is ideal for professionals passionate about working with pediatric populations and positively impacting their communication and academic success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP), Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility. Background in healthcare or educational settings supporting pediatric clients. Understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based SLP services. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs. Maintain compliance with educational regulations and documentation requirements. Work in partnership with teachers to support student success within the classroom. Guide families in carrying over therapy strategies at home. Track progress and collaborate during IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations. Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
