A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Pediatric Home Health Role & Responsibilities:
Work with children in home-based settings, providing pediatric speech therapy services. Receive individualized mentorship from an experienced CF Supervisor to develop clinical skills, decision-making, and independence. Build a caseload quickly with a strong referral base, including opportunities to serve the Early Intervention population. Participate in industry-leading training, ongoing professional development, and potentially in global outreach programs offering therapy abroad. Utilize streamlined EHR systems and collaborate with clinical leadership for guidance.Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current BLS/CPR certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseKey Duties & Support:
