Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract Speech-Language Pathology opportunity supporting students near Idaho Springs, CO, starting this fall and continuing through the end of the school year. Shape young lives and make a lasting difference as you deliver comprehensive SLP services to students across 1-2 school locations, enjoying well-structured hours and dedicated administrative time. As a valued SLP, you will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in a collaborative educational setting. The role emphasizes direct intervention, consultation, and documentation, ensuring you can utilize your CCC credentials to their fullest. Whether you thrive in dynamic school environments or are exploring a new region as a travel professional, this position welcomes your expertise.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Licensed (or eligibility) as an SLP in the state. Experience in K-12 school settings highly valued. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Successful completion of fingerprinting/background check.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders. Develop and implement IEPs, tracking student progress with detailed documentation. Collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Attend team meetings and participate in paid indirect/admin tasks. Adjust approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
