In this impactful role, you'll guide students through their communication development, collaborating with a highly engaged support staff. With a flexible caseload spanning kindergarten through high school and only two sites (both within a two-mile radius), your days will be both dynamic and manageable.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active state licensure (or eligibility for provisional license) Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to adapt to a range of ages and student needs Efficient organizational habits for managing school-based documentation

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, adapting approaches as needs evolve Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and support staff to best serve each student Communicate progress and strategies with families and educational teams Maintain up-to-date records and contribute to IEP meetings Travel between two school sites, conveniently located less than two miles apart
