A full-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work onsite with an elementary caseload. This contract role has immediate start availability and extends through early June 2027, giving you the chance to make a lasting impact throughout several school years.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current and valid SLP license (required) CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) strongly preferred Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly at the elementary level, is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams Maintain accurate reports and documentation in compliance with school and district protocols Contribute actively to IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and staff members This position is fully onsite, allowing you to be an integral part of the school community, connect with colleagues, and witness students' progress firsthand.
