Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of children by supporting elementary students with speech and language needs in a welcoming school environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to contribute your skills as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in an onsite role, collaborating with educational staff and families to foster student growth.
Key Qualifications:
Active SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred Experience working with school-aged children, especially within elementary settings Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP process within school systems Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities Include:
Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assess individual student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to address students' communication challenges Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reporting Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as needed
