You still get to be a therapist. If you love treating kids and aren't ready to give that up completely, neither are we. You'll maintain a smaller caseload while also having the opportunity to make an impact across an entire clinical team. You're not leading alone. You'll work alongside our HR Manager and leadership team, with support for onboarding, training, staffing needs, challenging situations, and day-to-day clinic operations. Your paycheck doesn't depend on cancellations. This is a salaried position. Pediatric cancellations and no-shows happen—we don't believe you should have to worry about your income when they do. One clinic. No windshield time. Come to one location, work alongside the therapists you support, and actually have the opportunity to build relationships with your team. And yes—you still get Fridays off. Our clinics operate Monday through Thursday, giving you a three-day weekend every week.
