What You'll Do Provide skilled pediatric speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings. Evaluate speech, language, feeding, swallowing, communication, and developmental needs. Develop individualized plans of care that support meaningful functional progress. Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits. Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
