This contract-to-hire opportunity places a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials in a vital supervisory role. You'll support onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) while leading student assessments and evaluations, ensuring the highest quality of services in a collaborative academic setting. Ideal candidates are passionate about empowering both students and fellow professionals, demonstrating strong clinical expertise and communication skills. The position is conveniently located near Monument, CO, offering the chance to contribute within a supportive school community.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain). Previous supervision experience or a demonstrated ability to mentor SLPAs preferred. Solid background in conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Strong documentation and organization skills. Excellent collaboration abilities with students, families, and educational teams.

Provide consistent supervision and mentorship to onsite SLPAs. Conduct student speech and language evaluations, documenting findings and recommendations. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals.
