Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities High School Caseload Starting ASAP for the entire school year Flexible schedule based on availability and placement About the Role Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Thornton, CO. You'll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and participation in the school environment. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We're Looking For Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain) Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain) Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
