9675394-80003 Job Description Play a pivotal role in fostering communication growth by supporting students in elementary, junior/senior high, and high school settings as a Speech Language Pathologist. This is a contract opportunity designed for passionate clinicians who thrive in dynamic educational environments and want to make a meaningful impact. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience working in school-based, pediatric, or center-based environments is ideal Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a range of communication disorders Exceptional communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Responsibilities:
Provide assessments, diagnostics, and therapy for students ages 5 to 18 in assigned center-based programs Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Document student progress and maintain thorough treatment records in compliance with school and state regulations Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings Adapt therapy techniques and communication supports to meet diverse needs Offer guidance to classroom staff on integrating strategies into daily routines
