Key Requirements:

Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License with Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement (SLPA licensure accepted for one position) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong collaborative and communication skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload and rotating campus assignments Completion of district background check and fingerprinting

Role Overview:

Provide direct speech-language therapy and related support to students across two or more campuses during the academic year One role (beginning immediately through late May) is a half-time, in-person position working 2.5 days per week with a caseload of approximately 20-25 students; assignment locations will change throughout the year based on needs The second role starts in January and is full-time, serving 40-45 students at Aurora Frontier K-8 from January to mid-March, then transitioning to Vista PEAK Preparatory for the remainder of the school year Deliver individualized and group therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain detailed documentation as required by the district Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student success Embrace the chance to make a meaningful impact as a trusted resource for students developing essential speech and language skills.
