Job Description

Empower young learners and make a lasting difference as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging elementary school setting. This contract opportunity is available immediately and extends through early June 2027, offering the chance to work onsite supporting students' communication and language development in a vibrant academic environment.
Essential Qualifications:
Active state SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience delivering speech and language therapy in school settings, preferably at the elementary level Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students, individually and in groups Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track measurable progress Prepare and maintain documentation that meets state, federal, and school requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to student education plans Collaborate with classroom teachers to support generalization of skills across school settings Partner with families and staff to deliver strategies and support for students' diverse needs
