Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience working in school environments or with children/adolescents is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt to varied caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or communication disorders Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver engaging and effective interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as appropriate Offer guidance and resources to classroom staff regarding strategies to enhance communication in educational environments This contract position offers the chance to positively impact students while growing your professional expertise in educational therapy.
