In this dynamic, full-time contract position located near Windsor, CO, you'll collaborate closely with educators and families to deliver impactful speech and language services.

Ideal candidates will bring:

A current Colorado Department of Education license and SLP license ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings Knowledge of IEP development and compliance Strong assessment, diagnostic, and progress monitoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities The drive to foster student participation, self-advocacy, and communication independence Your responsibilities will include: Assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs Providing individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals Collaborating with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to develop supportive strategies Participating in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and eligibility determinations Maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting for student records Supporting a nurturing, inclusive environment where all students can thrive This opportunity features an attractive hourly pay of $55-$60.
