Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood, elementary, and adolescents Skilled in therapy for a variety of student needs, from moderate to profound Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

What Youll Do:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to K12 students, tailoring interventions according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in pediatric populations Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing communication regarding student progress Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
