Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP state licensure or eligibility for Connecticut licensure Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills Comfortable working with K-12 students across diverse backgrounds Ability to collaborate effectively within educational teams
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students across grade levels Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support each childs success Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment
