Key Qualifications:
Valid SLP license and certification (state-issued credentials required) Previous experience in a school environment, particularly with early elementary students Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong assessment, organizational, and communication abilities Collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy and support to K-2 students, both individually and in small groups Conduct assessments to determine students needs and progress Participate in IEP and team meetings, contributing expertise and insights Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Maintain detailed records of services, goals, and outcomes Partner with an on-campus SLP for enhanced student support and professional growth
