This full-time, contract position covers the 20262027 academic year and serves students in grades K12. Caseloads are flexible, tailored to each SLPs experience and area of interest, with assignments spanning moderate to profound needs. The role welcomes both local and travel professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in the educational setting. Ideal candidates will bring experience in pediatric and early childhood populations, and a passion for supporting diverse student learners.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility Prior experience working with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary-aged students Knowledge of best practices in assessment, intervention, and documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students speech, language, and communication needs Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports Support IEP development and participate in student meetings Advocate for students communication needs in the classroom setting
