HYBRID SLPA
supervision in Fairfield Public Schools in Fairfield CT. The Stepping Stones Group provides you with unparalleled support and surrounds you with responsive and supportive clinical leaders. We will provide you with meaningful interactive opportunities and give you access to our exclusive content.
Position Details :
Supervising SLP will be responsible for providing 30% supervision (approximately 6 hrs/wk) for the first 90 days at which point the supervision requirement will decrease to 20% (approximately 4hrs/wk). The Supervising SLP must have the state educator certification.

9/1/2026
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLP Maintains appropriate state license and
ASHA CCC-SLP
throughout the entire supervisory experience Completes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC-SLP (SSG can provide if needed)
Compensation :
Our SLPs are paid a monthly stipend for supervision per SLPA that is supervised.
Requirements:
Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team At The Stepping Stones Group, we are driven by a strong value system and a social conscience.
