Key Qualifications:

Licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Experience working with school-aged children (K-12 preferred) Knowledge of IEP process, goal setting, and progress monitoring Skilled in assessment and treatment planning for a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to work independently, manage a diverse caseload, and adapt to changing needs

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy services to K-12 students district wide, following IEP goals and best practices Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and student support team activities as needed Contribute to a positive school culture while facilitating student progress and growth This position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, working Monday through Friday, typically between 35 and 37.5 hours per week.
