Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This dynamic position spans a traditional academic calendar, from August 2026 through June 2027, with consistent Monday through Friday scheduling and a weekly commitment of 35-37.5 hours.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 caseloads. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with educators and special services teams to support inclusive programming. Participate in IEP meetings, providing data-driven input on students' needs and progress. Maintain accurate records in compliance with all school and state requirements. Communicate regularly with families, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing support.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Previous experience in school-based settings preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach. Ability to effectively manage a diverse, district-wide caseload. Comfortable providing services across elementary, middle, and high school populations.
