What you'll bring: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification and active CCC credential Experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Dedication to providing individualized, student-centered therapy Ability to cultivate rapport with students, staff, and families Key responsibilities: Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students Develop and deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required Use a variety of modalities and tools to facilitate communication skill development Provide guidance and resources to staff and parents to help support carryover of skills Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment Bring your expertise and your commitment to nurturing communication skills that impact students' academic and social growth.
