This is your chance to work at a forward-thinking skilled nursing facility where you'll: Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians to provide holistic patient care Partner with a team of skilled SLPs with managerial support from an SLP Deliver short-term rehab therapy aimed at functional independence and safe returns home Provide restorative therapy to enhance the quality of life for long-term residents Assist with specialized programs, including tube feeding weaning and cognitive therapies Engage families and staff to develop impactful after-care programs Gain expertise in treatment under the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM)Our Vision:

This part-time, position is perfect for experienced CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows who are eager to grow, learn, and excel in their careers.Education and Credentials:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) fromASHA Skills and Experience:
Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for assessment and treatment of swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders Knowledge of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and its implications for therapy Experience or interest in working in skilled nursing facilities, including short-term rehab and long-term care Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient, family, and staff educationPersonal Attributes:
