Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility needed Current state Speech-Language Pathologist licensure Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists Provide direct therapy, document progress, and adjust interventions to meet students evolving needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations Consult with teaching staff to integrate strategies into classroom environments Maintain accurate, confidential records and comply with all state, district, and professional guidelines
