Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Current and valid state licensure(s) for SLP Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based therapy Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals based on each students needs Deliver direct therapy sessions and provide support within classroom settings Confidently document progress and maintain student records as required Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for student supports
