Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students by providing speech-language services in a supportive educational setting near Hartford, CT. This full-time contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through June 11, 2027, offering you the chance to engage with young learners and help them succeed through consistent, impactful interventions. You'll be based onsite, working 35 hours per week. The role may involve supporting students across two nearby school sites with dedicated caseloads at the elementary level. The district values highly qualified professionals: CCC credentials are highly encouraged, though Clinical Fellows with appropriate supervision are also welcome to apply. District supervision availability is limited but will be provided as possible for eligible CFs.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Connecticut SLP license (upfront licensure preferred)
ASHA CCC
strongly preferred; will consider Clinical Fellows with supervisor provided Minimum of one year of school-based experience Comfortable working on-site and potentially splitting time between two schools Willingness to complete district fingerprinting and background check Not open to
