Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible for licensure in Connecticut) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered Prior pediatric or school-based experience highly desirable Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school guidelines Facilitate both individual and small group therapy sessions
