Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of elementary students in an engaging, supportive environment! Full-time opportunities are now available for experienced and early-career Speech-Language Pathologists with an active Connecticut license. This is an onsite contract position, running through June 11, 2027, offering the chance to work with a vibrant school community. Youll join a collaborative special education team focused on student growthand CCCs are especially encouraged to apply, though strong CF candidates with available district supervision may also be considered.
What youll bring:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Connecticut SLP license (upfront licensing a plus) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows with supervision support considered Previous school-based SLP experience required Ability to manage an elementary caseload and engage students at multiple development levels Willingness to serve at more than one school location as needed Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safeguarding students, including completing background and fingerprint checks SLPAs are not eligible for this position What youll do: Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress per district and legal guidelines Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure educational success Travel between two school sites if required, staying flexible to support school schedules Participate in team meetings and professional development activities Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of student care Apply now for the chance to inspire and be inspired!
