What you bring:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Prior experience serving pediatric populations or working in school-based settings Strong understanding of a range of communication disorders and intervention strategies Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams What youll do: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in K12 students Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth Maintain progress documentation and prepare required reports Provide direct and consultative services in individual and group settings Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development Youll enjoy a highly competitive weekly pay structure with hourly rates between $40 and $60, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and access to a 401(k) with company matching.
