9644247-06854 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working directly in classroom settings within a unique and collaborative school program. This role starts ASAP and extends through June 11, 2027. Key Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active SLP license or eligibility in the state of Connecticut Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for direct classroom engagement Commitment to collaborative, interdisciplinary practice SLPAs are not eligible for this role
Role Details & Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language services within classrooms, integrating interventions into daily instruction Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to support students communication needs in real-time Develop and implement IEPs, participate in team meetings, and provide progress updates Offer services to a diverse student population with a variety of communication needs For CF candidates, receive comprehensive supervision and mentorship as you start your career Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
