Job Description

Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to an engaging contract position supporting pediatric students in an educational environment near Norwalk, CT. Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license or eligibility (CFY welcome to apply) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and allied professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable goals Deliver group and individual therapy sessions tailored to diverse learning needs Regularly monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Work collaboratively with school staff and participate in IEP meetings Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency of care Maintain accurate, timely records and necessary documentation This contract role offers the chance to make meaningful contributions in a supportive school environment, while enjoying a variety of experiences working with children at different developmental stages.
