Job Summary Guiding Light Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our clinic and school setting! Responsibilities Develop and implement effective speech therapy sessions based on individualized education plans Conduct comprehensive evaluations Edit, and maintain students AAC devices Maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for students Educate families on communication strategies and techniques to support their child's development. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology. Experience A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, particularly in school settings or early intervention programs. Experience working with students with complex communication disorders is preferred Experience working with students with BIP's is preferred Experience with augmentative and alternative communication is preferred Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals.
