Mentor South Bay , provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Speech Language Pathologist:
Essential Functions:
Provide services to children and families in our outpatient program Consult with team members in the development of individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clients Maintain client records completely and accurately with full assessment of client functioning and goals, Documentation of client progress in the program, records of required contact with collaterals and family members Complete billing documentation according to the schedule established by the company Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to their respective disciplines Keep the supervisor informed of the progress of all clients Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters Remain compliant with billing and documentation in accordance with direct service requirements
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist by the Connecticut Board of Allied Health Professions. Why Join Us?
